All orders will receive tracking information at the time the order has been shipped.
Presale items will need anywhere from 2-6 months for completion, as they are currently in the manufacturing process.
In hand pins will ship within 3 business days from the time the order was placed. You can request a refund and cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped, and I will refund you immediately. Refunds placed for pins which have already been shipped must be sent back to the address provided at support request, and you will be refunded accordingly. Full or partial refunds are available if you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if exchange is not possible.
You will have 3 days upon receiving your pin to inspect the product and may then return or exchange the item if needed. Any requests beyond this time frame will not be returnable or deemable for exchange.
All products are handmade and are unique. A standard presale grade pin will mean they are the best quality of the batch and without noticeable flaws, but I cannot guarantee a flawless or perfect pin because of the nature of how the products are produced.
